Anti Inflammatory Homemade Facial Mask

So thanks to my obsessive habit of picking at my face when I’m stressed out, I really needed this Anti Inflammatory homemade facial mask! The results were honestly amazing and I made it with products I already had in my kitchen. Learn how to make it and check out my results in the video below. Products needed:
Blender

Oatmeal

Avocado

Honey

Vitamin E

I really loved this mask! I got really great results! I definitely noticed a big difference in the amount of redness in my breakouts. I found they were less red and hurt a lot less a few hours later.

You can store this mask in the fridge for up to a week. Store it in a covered container and put the avocado core in the mixture. This mask is very gentle so you can use it 3-4 times in a week. Just be careful not to irritate your face when washing it off. If you have a lot of sore acne breakouts on your face, don’t let the mixture dry. You will get better results if you leave it on for only 10 minutes and do this a few nights in a row. That way you can wipe it off easily without causing further irritation,
